I’m a qualified Coach.

Time for Myself is life coaching with a safe place where you can feel supported, heard and seen. A place for making positive change to your present and realising your potential for the future.

How do sessions work?

I run all my coaching sessions via Zoom Microsoft Teams and FaceTime, so you can relax in the comfort of your own home. You don’t have to worry about travel or finding a location.

Each coaching session is 60 minutes. You can book a single session or a multiple number of sessions depending on what you need and to suit your schedule.

How to get going!

Simply contact me here with your name, telephone number, email address and a short message to tell me what you’d like to talk about. I will then get back to you for a free 30-minute consultation.


Workshops and Presentations

At Time for Myself I also deliver group workshops and presentations on :

At each event everyone gets opportunity to learn with others and take away tips and ideas on how to take care of yourself so you can stay physically, mentally and emotionally well in the busy world we live in today .
